You can’t compare Meryl’s face to a goblin. Obviously the goblin took more time, effort, and money. Is that what you want to hear?
Two things:
1. The make up in both was superb. Remember this. There’s a reason they were both nominated. They both deserve it (as did anyone else in the category).
